Stand out from the crowd! Craft an elegant fascinator featuring beautiful peacock feathers. Feather fascinators are a perfect addition to a Victorian or Steampunk costume. They can be made to be worn in your hair, on a hat brim or even as a flamboyant boutonniere.
Materials will be provided in class and we will be working with hot glue guns. So come prepared to create a masterpiece!
An assortment of combs, alice bands, and hairclips will be available to mount your individually designed fascinators on so you can wear them right out of class.
